Kljub omejenim sestavinam so bile v kuhinji prave mojstrice. To vemo po receptih, ki so se v na\u0161o kulturo prenesli vse do danes. Peka kruha je danes neki povsem samoumevnega, neko\u010d pa temu ni bilo tako. Kruh je bila visoko cenjena dobrina. To je bil doma prav vesel dogodek, ko ga je ve\u010d dru\u017ein hkrati peklo enkrat na teden. Otroci so vsako drobtino kruha zbrali, da ta ne bi padla na tla. Kljub potrebnim sestavinam, ki so: moka, sol, voda, olje in kvas izpod vsakih rok hlebec kruha okusimo druga\u010de.
